# Saytics Pricing Plans, Billing, and Invoices

> Review Saytics pricing plans, upgrade your subscription, update payment details, and download invoices from your billing settings.

Saytics offers flexible plans based on your event volume and team size. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings — no need to contact support.

## Plans overview

## Upgrading your plan

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Settings → Billing">
    Open your workspace settings and select the **Billing** tab.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Upgrade Plan">
    Click the **Upgrade Plan** button to see available plan options.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose your new plan">
    Select the plan that fits your event volume and team size.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter payment details">
    Enter your card information. Saytics accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Confirm Upgrade">
    Click **Confirm Upgrade**. Your new plan takes effect immediately.
  </Step>

## Managing your subscription

* **Update payment method:** go to **Settings → Billing → Payment Method** and click **Update**.
* **Download invoices:** go to **Settings → Billing → Invoices** and click **Download PDF** next to the invoice you need.
* **Cancel your subscription:** go to **Settings → Billing** and click **Cancel Plan**. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export anything you need.

## Event volume and overages

  If you exceed your plan's monthly event limit, Saytics will notify you by email. Events above the limit are queued and processed when you upgrade.

## Annual billing

<Tip>
  Annual plans include a 20% discount. Switch to annual billing in Settings → Billing → Switch to Annual.
