Saytics offers flexible plans based on your event volume and team size. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings — no need to contact support.

Plans overview

Free

Up to 10,000 events/month, 1 workspace member, 30-day data retention.

Starter

Up to 100,000 events/month, up to 5 members, 12-month data retention.

Pro

Up to 1M events/month, unlimited members, 12-month retention, and advanced features including custom dashboards and priority support.

Enterprise

Unlimited events, SSO, dedicated support, and custom data retention. Contact us for pricing.

Upgrading your plan

Go to Settings → Billing

Open your workspace settings and select the Billing tab.

Click Upgrade Plan

Click the Upgrade Plan button to see available plan options.

Choose your new plan

Select the plan that fits your event volume and team size.

Enter payment details

Enter your card information. Saytics accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Click Confirm Upgrade

Click Confirm Upgrade. Your new plan takes effect immediately.

Managing your subscription

  • Update payment method: go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method and click Update.
  • Download invoices: go to Settings → Billing → Invoices and click Download PDF next to the invoice you need.
  • Cancel your subscription: go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel Plan. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export anything you need.

Event volume and overages

If you exceed your plan’s monthly event limit, Saytics will notify you by email. Events above the limit are queued and processed when you upgrade.

Annual billing

Annual plans include a 20% discount. Switch to annual billing in Settings → Billing → Switch to Annual.
